Work Day - April 7, 2019

Love the vegetation here!

Well it had to be done and I did it. It was time to work on the books and see how much more time I can afford to stay on the road. Not the greatest news. Looks like I will be heading back after New Orleans. That will make 21 days on the road. I would love to come back here but everything affordable or livable is booked. Next year I make reservations for the month!

I really busied by self making sure everything is tied down very well. More storms are coming with winds predicted so I really reinforced what I have. I also am taking the trike back tomorrow. It just did not fit me and I did not feel secure riding such a little configuration. Not real happy with the place I rented from - he made no attempt to make that trike to fit me. Oh well ...

Went back to the Sunset Grille for dinner. Had grilled shrimp and grits with etoufe' sauce and fried bread with a glass of champagne. Really delicious. Of all the places I have been this is my fav. The hostess even remembered me from Friday night. Of course it is right on the water, sigh.

Supposed to be storms all day tomorrow. I started my Eliason blog today and will finish it tomorrow. Good day to write! Have a nice writers corner all set up in the canopy.

Another brief blog. Not a lot of excitement in bookkeeping. LOL!
