Doing the Jamie Java Jive!

Tomorrow is one of everybody’s favorite days of the year, the first day of summer! Summer events and activities are sure picking up speed and July 4 is two weeks away!

Among the fun things to do around St. Germain is visit some of the cute shops and hospitality spots that welcome everyone with open arms! We have been so fortunate to have some of the sweetest women open their wonderful businesses in this area!

One of the area’s favorites is Jamie’s Java. June 2 Jamie, Scott, Jonah, Owen and Ryder Will celebrated two years in business by opening their new location on the West side of town. The former ice cream shop by the 19th Hole Wilderness Miniature Golf Course is where you will find the finest premium hot and cold coffees, refreshing icy Lotus flavors, teas, hot chocolate drinks and other delightful beverages. Make sure to try an incredibly smooth cold brewed coffee on one of your stops.

Despite the short time the business had to find a new location, patrons love the new, beautiful park-like atmosphere. There are plenty of cheery tables inside the comfy coffee shop where there is a huge selection of irresistible beverages. Or choose to relax outdoors and drink in the beautiful setting with your selections.

Jamie has joined forces with Rhinelander’s Butcher Shop Bake Company to offer a selection of the most astonishing cookies to ever grace a dessert plate. These cookies are a massive seven.five ounces and come in unique flavors.

With flavors like Dirt Cake, Lemon Cheesecake, and more, plus the incredible muffins, it's hard to choose!

“They have been going over really well. Our customers just love them,” said Jamie. “The cookies are jumbo, gourmet cookies. They are big, huge cookies. There are lots of different flavors with filling inside. Just amazing!”

Take advantage of the convenient drive-up window. There, one of the delightful baristas takes orders so customers can experience quick service from the comfort of their vehicles.

Customers will also love that the shop has expanded its hours to 6:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Jamie’s Java is just a short drive west on Highway 70 from its former location.

Jamie welcomes Carol, Lyn, Jack and Ally. Meeting customers is her favorite part of the job!

How are things going at the new location? “Business has been really good. Our loyal customers are still coming,” Jamie said happily. “It’s only 3.6 miles from the old place.”

The future looks very bright for Jamie’s Java and there are plans in the works to move the shop back to town in a new location that they own.
